Resumo A infância e a juventude têm sido pensadas e vividas sob o signo da menoridade. Quando fogem ao controle social são inclusive pensadas como uma doença que precisa ser curada. Este artigo traça uma breve genealogia do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA), colocando em relevo os avanços que ele promoveu em relação às anteriores legislações acerca da infância no Brasil, os Códigos de Menores. Analisa a emergência do ECA no contexto da Nova República e do processo de redemocratização do país por meio do operador conceitual governamentalidade democrática, mostrando que se tratava de subjetivar crianças e jovens como cidadãos de direitos, sob uma lógica de proteção integral. Tratava-se de uma forma democrática de governo, mas ainda assim um governo da infância e da juventude, mantendo-as sob a tutela dos adultos. Apesar dos avanços, chama a atenção para os limites dessa legislação, visto que crianças e jovens continuam morrendo em massa ou sendo encarcerados, apesar da política de proteção integral. Ao questionar a respeito das possíveis linhas de fuga ao governo da infância, outro pensamento político que a tome fora da condição de menoridade, o texto explora a filosofia de Charles Fourier, que concebe uma relação completamente distinta entre crianças, jovens e adultos, sem qualquer tutela. Nas palavras de René Schérer, uma infância maior, emancipada, signo de uma grande saúde.

Abstract Childhood and youth have been addressed and lived out under the sign of minority. Outside social control, they are actually considered as a “disease” that must be cured. This article briefly outlines the genealogy of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA), highlighting its advances in relation to previous legislation on childhood in Brazil, the Code of Minors. It analyzes the emergence of ECA against the background of the New Republic and the redemocratization process in Brazil, through the conceptual operator of democratic governmentality, showing that it related to the subjectification of children and youth as citizens of rights, under a logic of comprehensive protection. A democratic form of government, yet a government of childhood and youth, nonetheless, keeping them under the guardianship of adults. It draws attention to the limitations of this legislation since, despite the advances and comprehensive protection policy, children and youth continue dying or being incarcerated on large scale. Considering possible escape routes from the government of childhood, a distinct political approach outside the condition of minority, the text explores the philosophy of Charles Fourier, who conceives a completely different relationship between children, youth and adults, refuting any kind of guardianship. In the words of René Schérer, a “majority childhood,” emancipated, a sign of great health.

Resumo O artigo reúne e comenta a produção nos campos da Filosofia e da Filosofia da Educação publicada durante os 30 anos da revista Pro-Posições. Organiza em três blocos temáticos um conjunto de incidências temáticas que se faz presente, ao mesmo tempo, em três décadas de publicações. Na primeira década, de 1990 a 1999, destaca-se a temática da educação, com ênfase no pensamento crítico, na redemocratização brasileira e seu valor republicano; a segunda década, entre os anos 2000 e 2009, traz à tona uma série de análises acerca dos desafios milenares para o campo da Educação, sobretudo acerca da problematização ético-política da sociedade em geral; a última década, de 2010 até 2018, evidencia a explosão da presença da Filosofia e da Filosofia da Educação na área da Educação, encampando temas como diferenças, inclusão e subjetividades. Além de evidenciar que Filosofia e Filosofia da Educação são campos marcantes ao longo dos 30 anos da revista, o artigo sustenta que as mesmas problematizações de 3 décadas de publicações são urgentes como retomada de uma luta de pensamento crítico em defesa da educação republicana e democrática, além de convocar a urgência do lugar das diferenças e das multiplicidades para a área da Educação.

Abstract In this article we aim to collect and comment on the production in the fields of Philosophy and of Philosophy of Education published during the 30 years of the Pro-Posições journal. To do so, we organized into three thematic parts a set of thematic occurrences that are present, at the same time, in three decades of publications. The first decade covers the years from 1990 to 1999, highlighting the theme of Education and its republican value in the Brazilian redemocratization, with emphasis on critical thinking; the second decade, between 2000 and 2009, brings to light a series of analyses concerning the millenary challenges for the field of Education, mainly the ethical-political problematization of society in general; the last decade, from 2010 to 2018, evidences the increase of the presence of Philosophy and Philosophy of Education in the field of Education, entailing themes such as differences, inclusion, and subjectivities. Besides observing that Philosophy and Philosophy of Education are remarkable fields over the 30 years of the Pro-Posições journal, we argue that the same problematizations of all three decades of publication are urgent for reiterating one of the struggles of critical thinking in the defense of the republican Education and of its democratic principles, in addition to drawing attention to the urgency of the place of differences and multiplicities in the field of Education.

RESUMO O presente artigo objetiva trazer uma reflexão sobre o aprender e a relação com o mestre em salas de aulas em que alunos surdos aprendem por processos de interpretação, ou seja, com a presença de intérpretes educacionais. O artigo se desenvolve a partir de aportes teóricos da filosofia francesa alinhados a questões postas sobre o campo da educação, mais especificamente na educação de surdos em espaços inclusivos. As cenas escolares serão trazidas como componentes articuladores da teoria, dessa forma, as análises foram desenvolvidas ao longo de toda a produção textual. Duas obras literárias, O mestre ignorante de Jacques Rancière e O mestre inventor de Walter Kohan, foram apresentadas como forma de ilustrar figuras de mestres que alçam produzir encontros criativos com seus alunos, nos quais aprendem, ensinam, criam e constroem-se. Esses dois experimentos de mestrias anunciados, alinhados ao lugar híbrido que o intérprete educacional ocupa na escola, foram usados como espaço de diálogo para repensar o processo educacional, e o aprender como sendo da ordem da singularidade.

ABSTRACT This article aims to draw a reflection on learning and on the relationship with the schoolmaster in classrooms in which deaf students learn through interpretation processes, i.e., with the presence of educational interpreters. The article develops from theoretical contributions of French philosophy aligned with issues posed in the field of education, more specifically on the deaf education within inclusive spaces. School scenes will be drawn as articulating components of the theory; hence, analyses were developed throughout the entire textual production. Two literary works, The ignorant schoolmaster by Jacques Rancière and The inventive schoolmaster by Walter Kohan, were presented to illustrate figures of teachers who beget creative encounters with their students, in which they learn, teach, create, and build themselves. These two mastership experiments announced, aligned with the hybrid position the educational interpreter occupies in the school, were used as space for dialogue to rethink the educational process and the learning as being part of the singularity.

RESUMO O texto parte da hipótese de que está em curso no Brasil, nas últimas décadas, uma “governamentalidade democrática”, isto é, a produção de ações de governo que consistem em constituir os sujeitos como cidadãos para que eles possam ser governados. Na maquinaria do biopoder, tal como pensada por Michel Foucault, o que acompanhamos são movimentos de construção de ações políticas que se exercem sobre as populações, como, por exemplo, as políticas públicas. Neste texto, percorremos transversalmente alguns documentos de políticas públicas brasileiras no campo da educação, desde a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional, de 1996, até a Base Nacional Comum Curricular, de 2017. O objetivo é o de mapear, nestas produções biopolíticas, os elementos que implicam na produção de um sujeito cidadão, como alvo das ações de governo. Ao final, são discutidas táticas de resistência a esta produção biopolítica, como recusa daquilo que somos, para a busca de novas produções subjetivas.

ABSTRACT The paper starts from the hypothesis that a “democratic governmentality” has been taking place in Brazil for the last decades; that is, the production of government actions that consist in constituting subjects as citizens so that they can be governed. In the machinery of biopower, as conceived by Michel Foucault, what we are following are movements of construction of political actions that are exerted on the populations, as, for example, the public policies. In this text, we go over some Brazilian public policy documents in the field of education, from the Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (“the National Education’s Law of Guidelines and Bases’) from 1996 to the Base Nacional Comum Curricular (“the Curricular Common National Base”) from 2017. The objective is to map, in these biopolitical productions, the elements that implicate in the production of a subject as a citizen, and a target of government actions. In the end, tactics of resistance to this biopolitical production are discussed, as a refusal of what we are, for the sake of the search for new subjective productions.

Este artigo tem por objetivo problematizar as relações entre ensino de filosofia e cidadania na sociedade contemporânea. Assume a caracterização de Lipovestky dos ''tempos hipermodernos'', baseados na hiperbolização dos três eixos da modernidade: o mercado, o indivíduo e a eficiência técnica. A forma política predominante é aquela que Deleuze denominou de ''sociedades de controle'', operando segundo a lógica da biopolítica, desvendada por Foucault. Recorre a Rancière para mostrar que, nessas sociedades, vivemos mais no âmbito da polícia, como administração do social, do que da política, como acontecimento de uma ruptura. Interroga-se: em que consiste a cidadania? Em afirmar essa sociedade de controle ou em opor resistências a ela, traçando linhas de fuga? Para pensar um ensino de filosofia que seja a prática do pensamento autônomo e criativo, o artigo escolhe a segunda opção, propondo um ensino de filosofia que enxameie saídas, que crie armas de resistências e criação.

This paper is aimed at problematizing the relations between philosophy teaching and citizenship in the contemporary societies. It takes Lipovetsky's concept of ''hypermodern times'', based on the hyperbolization of the three axes of modernity: the market; the individual and technical efficiency. The prevailing political form is the ''societies of control'', to use a Deleuzian concept, which works with the biopolitical logics, unveiled by Foucault. The author draws on Rancière's thoughts to show that, in these societies, we live under the social administration of the police, rather than in the field of politics, as in a disupting event. We then ask: what is citizenship? Is it the affirmation of this society of control or a resistance to it, with subjects finding their way out? In order to think about philosophy teaching as practice of autonomous and creative thinking, this paper takes the second option, proposing the teaching of philosophy as generatings lines of flith (ways out), creating weapons for resistance and creation.

Discutem-se nesse artigo as repercussões que o debate em torno de uma superação da modernidade e a suposta instauração de uma pós-modernidade traz para a Educação como campo de conhecimento, mais especialmente para a pesquisa nesse campo. Discute-se criticamente a tese de que viveríamos na pós-modernidade, dando ênfase a essa afirmação no âmbito do pensamento social, principalmente por compreender-se que essa expressão não tem a força e a intensidade de um conceito filosófico, acabando vazia de sentido. Ressalta-se que um de seus primeiros usos no campo da filosofia, por Lyotard, deu-se como um adjetivo e não como um substantivo, o que faz significativa diferença. Para além do debate sobre o fim ou não da modernidade, opta-se pela noção de hipermodernidade, proposta por Lipovetsky, como forma de caracterização do mundo contemporâneo, buscando compreender suas implicações. Por outro lado, o autor reconhece as importantes contribuições da tese que afirma a pós-modernidade, principalmente em seus aspectos epistemológicos e políticos, na medida em que desloca o foco de análise. Caracteriza o presente debate como a tensão entre duas imagens do pensamento que não são absolutamente novas, mas que ganham especial destaque na contemporaneidade, defendendo que devemos tomar essa tensão naquilo que ela apresenta de possibilidade criativa, sem paralisar o pensamento.

The article discusses the repercussions that the debate around the overcoming of modernity and the supposed coming of postmodernity has brought to education as a field of knowledge, and more particularly to the research in this field. A critical discussion is made of the thesis that we live in postmodernity, placing emphasis on this statement in the sphere of social thinking, especially for understanding that such expression does not have the strength and intensity of a philosophical concept, resulting devoid of meaning. It is stressed that of the first uses of that expression in the field of philosophy, by Lyotard, was as an adjective, and not as a noun, which is significantly different. Moving beyond the debate about the end of modernity or otherwise, the notion of hypermodernity proposed by Lipovetsky is adopted as a way of characterizing the contemporary world and trying to understand its implications. Notwithstanding that, the author recognizes the important contributions of the thesis that affirms postmodernity, especially in its epistemological and political aspects, in so far as it represents a shift of the focus of analysis. The text characterizes the current debate as the tension between two images of the thought that are not at all new, but that have gained special attention in contemporaneity, defending that we must accept this tension in what it brings in terms of a creative possibility, without paralyzing the thought.
